Survey on Access to Treatment for Spinal Muscular Atrophy

SMA Community, TreatSMA needs you! In October we make our Patient Advocate submission as part of the NICE appraisal for Risdiplam. Therefore we need to continue to collect data in order to strengthen our fight.

This survey is to collect data on who currently is accessing treatment and those who want treatment but currently have not accessed it. All responses will be anonymous and will help us in our fight to get access to treatment for all as part of our Patient Group submission.

    This year the Managed Access Agreement for Spinraza and Risdiplam expires. The MAA was put in place five years ago so the pharmaceutical companies could gather more evidence to resubmit to NICE for approval on the NHS with Biogen extending their MAA by a year.
